Arrivals Begin 6:00 a.m. Cook's Meeting 7:30 a.m. Fire Grills by 7:00 a.m. Meat check after meeting. Put meat on by 8:00 a.m. HAS TO BE RAW MEAT The judges’ decisions and interpretations are final. Each team must have a contact name and number. All entries will be judged only at the time established by the contest organizer. Late entries will not be accepted. The three (3) categories will be judged in the following order: Thighs: 1:00 P.M. Before 1 DQ after 1:30 DQ Ribs: 1:35 P.M. After 2:06 DQ Port Butt: 2:40 P.M. After 3:10 P.M. DQ If you wish to do a dessert, it will be an additional $25.00 payable at event Extra team members will have to pay gate fees. Garnishments will NOT be provided.
